Kaitlynd Nichols

Kaitlynd (known as Kait to us) was born in Pineville, LA, where she spent most of her days in the Kisatchie National Forest with her Grandfather learning how to bait a hook and shoot a gun. Having worked for the US Forestry service for over 25 years, her grandfather instilled in her a strong love for all things outdoors.

She originally attended Louisiana College where she pursued a degree in Education for four years. However, marriage and life led her down a different path where she decided to start over at Louisiana State University at Alexandria where she obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a minor in Marketing. It was then that she realized her passion and talent for helping businesses run more efficiently. She is an effective communicator and quick with a laugh. She is the first voice you hear when you call our office and that sets the tone for a positive relationship.

Her hobbies include: spending time outdoors with her husband, gundog training with her lab, Josie, spending her weekends meeting and hunting with other women who enjoy the outdoors, kayak fishing on the bayou, deer hunting, and spending time with family.

She moved to Arkansas in January 2021 and says “I am quickly learning that there are far less gators, but a lot more ducks!”
