Moody Road Tract
Moody road tract is a conservation reserve that was converted from tillable farmland to planted timberland in 2007. Over its 12 years of growth, the young cypress and mass-producing oak trees have provided as a bedroom for deer as well as a resting area for ducks bouncing between two very populated wildlife management areas. This 235 +/- acre income producing tract is positioned in a unique location.... between Hurricane Lake WMA & Bald Knob Refuge, that combine to make up over 30,000 acres of awesome wildlife habitat. The moody road tract has minor details that play major roles in the way wildlife are able to use the property. Manmade levees and dirt work done prior to being enrolled act as a dam that allows water to back up for flyover waterfowl. The pipeline stretching from SW to NE makes for a great food plot / shooting lane for deer and other wildlife using the property as a 'bedroom'. This turn key hunting reserve has great access off of moody road and is just a few miles SE of Bald Knob, Arkansas. The property has been leased over the past several years but can be yours to own for the 2019-2020 season.
