For the duck hunters this property is 1.5 miles west of Wapanocca Lake NWR, has Big Creek running through the middle of the property, and is right at 10 miles west of the Mississippi River channel. For the deer hunters, this property is one of the larger blocks of privately held cover for miles. On my latest property tour earlier this month, May of 2020, I jumped deer on almost every corner I turned when traveling the property.


Access to and through the property is outstanding as it has paved road frontage, gravel access to a lodge location with both power and water, and a concrete and iron bridge to cross Big Creek to enter the west side of the property. (See pictures.)
