When the river is right you can easily boat right to the front steps, making it a perfect location to get the jump on finding those holes during hunting season. Capps Cabin is approximately a 6.5 Mile drive from US 64 and easily accessible in a 4x4 vehicle most of the year. Capps Cabin is 24' X 24' setting on 12' stilts, with a metal roof, and porches on two sides. It comes equipped with electricity, a well, propane heat and electric hot water. As you will see in some of the pictures, the cabin is needing a little TLC, but it is structurally solid.
