Ask Chris Bennett
I am pleased to bring you one of the most diverse tracts in Northeast Arkansas. This is truly special place that feels like a small WMA.
Known to most as a "Long Pond'', this tract is the very definition of a sportsman’s retreat. Multi-generations of the same family have enjoyed and made memories at this haven. Trophy bass fishing, duck and deer hunting and of course small game, can all be enjoyed in abundance on this unique tract. Gated entrances take you through bottomland hardwoods and planted pines to arrive at the lodge overlooking a stocked lake with multiple docks and a boat house. Moist soil units and floodable timber with blinds, watered with two wells, help establish it as waterfowl destination place. Food plots and deer stands are scattered throughout and the trail system makes traveling around a breeze. Improvements are constantly and currently being done to enhance even more. A written description just doesn’t do this property justice. To understand a property of this magnitude you must see it for yourself.
