The Lunsford Woods is a great recreational tract not far from all the amenities of Jonesboro and Trumann AR. This is a nice deer hunting property with road systems, food plots, and box blinds in place. Purcell Slough runs near the center of the property creating a nice travel corridor for deer from the St. Francis river and bottomlands to the neighboring ag fields. A portion of the eastern side of the property could be coverted into tillable for income or planted as food plots for wildlife. This land has been in the same family for generations. It is rare to find a block of timber as big a this one surrodunded by ag fields. With the right management plan in place harvesting big mature whitetails could be the norm. There is a small pond on the south end of the property.
