Located in St. Francis County, and just west of Colt, Arkansas, this parcel has outstanding hunting potential, especially for a smaller block of land. This property is 10 miles south of Wynne, less than an hour from Memphis, and right at an hour and a half from Little Rock.
It's a good mix of smaller fields for food plots, open timbered areas and thick cover. Deer sign is plentiful with a heavily used deer trail (see pictures) that funnels deer traffic from the timbered areas to the north to the ag fields to the south. Small game are plentiful too with some larger timber for squirrel hunting, and thickets for hunting rabbits.
The hunting is enhanced by a well established older hunting club as a neighbor to the north, the L'Anguille River bottoms to the west, and large ag fields to the east and south.
