This L' Anguille River Tract is all timber, has the L'Anguille River channel running through the property, and has some of the oldest timber found on the L'Anguille drainage on the south side of the property. There's a slough that runs through the east portion, and the entire property is lower ground that floods by the L'Anguille River. This property is adjacent to two large tract duck clubs on both the north border and the west border. One unique feature of this property is there's a ridge on the north end that runs into the slough for a great boat launching area. There's outstanding trophy deer hunting as well. If you're looking for a green timber tract this one is definitely worth a look.
This property has two deeded easements, for convenient access to both the northern and southern sections, and a new survey.
(There's a nice hunting lodge that can be negotiated too, or if you would like to build your own lodge there's additional acreage and a pecan grove to build your lodge on.)
