Situated on 2.38 acres in a beautiful pecan grove with mature oak trees scattered throughout, this property offers a quiet setting along with its own private boat launch and dock. When water levels are right, you can put the boat in at the property, travel through Taylor Bay, and make your way to the White River—making this a great setup for fishing, hunting, or spending an afternoon on the sandbar.
For the waterfowl hunter, the location is hard to overlook. The property sits less than a mile from White Oak Duck Woods and is within an easy drive of Henry Gray/Hurricane Lake WMA, Bald Knob National Wildlife Refuge, and Cache River National Wildlife Refuge. Whitetail hunters will also appreciate the recreational opportunities throughout the surrounding area.
The cabin offers approximately 840 square feet of heated and cooled living space with one bedroom and one bathroom. Built approximately eight feet off the ground on stilts, it features concrete floors, rural water, and electricity. The enclosed front porch provides additional flexibility and could serve as a mudroom, gear room, or extra sleeping space when needed.
Despite the secluded feel, the property is only about 10 minutes from Augusta, 35 minutes from Searcy Municipal Airport, and roughly an hour and a half from either Little Rock or Memphis.

Take state highway 33 North from August AR approximately 4 miles to Woodruff County Road 150 on your left, then go approximately 2 miles and the property will be on your right.
