Mount Holly 152 is a recent clear cut timber tract located just east of Mount Holly, Arkansas. Joe Grayson Rd. fronts on the eastern border of the property allowing for great accessibility. As seen in the aerial photos, there is timber that was left that follows the creek running east and west through the northern proximity of the property. There is also a brine well located on the property that is accessed from the east. This tract would be a good hunting tract but offers a good homestead site for someone as there are utilities on the eastern side along the road. Timber was harvested in 08/2021 and it has been surveyed with lines painted.
