Will Hardin

Will was born and raised in Arkansas and one of a set of triplet boys that would grow up in the small farm town of Tupelo. His family has farming in their blood and when there are 6000 acres of ground to work its all hands on deck from an early age. Along with getting a formal education from Harding University, he received a valuable education on the farm and ,as you can imagine, when they weren’t farming, they were hunting. The life lessons that he has accumulated go hand in hand with his chosen career path as a land broker and co-owner of Habitat Land Co who’s primary goal is helping people make good decisions with investment land, recreational ground as well as legacy land sales and purchases.

Whether its farming, hunting, timber, recreational or ranch land, Will can help you effectively evaluate as it pertains to your goals and aspirations.

There's a lot of good duck hunting in the Bradford Bottoms but not a lot of tracts available for purchase. We are proud to bring this one to market and already excited for it's future owner. It has a history of being leased with water guaranteed but , as a bonus, the White River also floods the property. It's currently enrolled in WRP but this one has an expiration date and will allow you to further modify and develop the property in the future. Upon visiting the land we saw quite a few birds and we are confident with it's location

    New Listing
    White County, Arkansas
Although there are all kinds of duck hunting properties, one that requires very little, if any, cost or work to "make" the ducks use it is very hard to beat. That's the case with The Mingo Creek Duck Camp. Big Mingo Creek runs right through the heart of this tract and when it hits the dam that the beavers have worked on for years, it spreads out creating a very attractive display of open water and vegetation that migrating ducks love. While you could do several things to manage the water, the food and the access to your favorite holes
