One full bath is a few steps from each bedroom and the other full bath is in the large laundry/mud room. Augusta, AR is within sight of the property if you need fuel, groceries, bbq or a sandwich. Although it sits off the highway, it's a very quaint property with large trees that has a very homey feel. Plenty of room for several trucks, trailers and boats to park.
