When you spend a little time in Jackson County, AR you start to notice something that really stands out. It has some beautiful farmland and it doesn't come for sale very often. We are proud to bring the Betts Beedeville Farm to the market and share with you what it has to offer.
Location is just 2 miles south of Beedeville, AR on Hwy 42. The farm is in three tracts with all three having good access. One south of Hwy 42 and two tracts north of Hwy 42. The two north tracts are bisected by Jackson County Road 44.
All three tracts are watered by their own electric well and normally on a beans and rice rotation. For the 2022 crop year, the north tracts are in corn and the south 80 is growing rice.
There is no waterfowl history that we know of but the farm is certainly in the right neighborhood. We have FSA files on hand and look forward to talking with you about this one.
