Big Slash Waterfowl Tract is a highly productive, well developed farm catering to waterfowl and good times. Recently improved with the addition of a levee and water control structure to flood the woods, a new duck blind that overlooks flooded corn and slick roll top pit that has already been the demise of several hundred geese.
The blind is a cadillac...it's powered by a generator with battery bank and inverter and designed for comfort and convenience in every way. The levee system has been engineered to put water 12-15 inches deep across the standing corn and timber. The water is supplied by a 8 inch triple phase well at the SW corner of the property.
The roll top pit is positioned on slightly higher ground in the cut corn and will make you fall in love with hunting geese. The smooth rolling top keeps you dry, gives you ample space to watch the sky and operates easily when its time to go to work on em. Between the pit and the duck blind at the timbers edge is a skid blind to give you one more choice for position on the farm.
The amenities this place has are rarely seen on a tract this size and price. It's COMPLETELY turn key.
Big Slash Waterfowl Tract is located East of Clarendon and NE of Holly Grove and easily accessed via a county road on the East side of the property.
