Affordable is a relative term we know, but its not often you find a viable duck hunting property for $2500/ac.
Great location and easy access are the first two highlights of this property...very near Bald Knob refuge and a good gravel road puts you at your duck hole easily. This place is in CRP and the trees a starting to get some to them.
