Affordable is a relative term we know, but its not often you find a viable duck hunting property for $2500/ac.
Great location and easy access are the first two highlights of this property...very near Bald Knob refuge and a good gravel road puts you at your duck hole easily. This place is in CRP and the trees a starting to get some to them.
Along with water standing in some of those areas naturally, there are two impoundments on the west side of the property that hold water all year long. It's been consistent enough that the place has been leased to duck hunters the past several years.
Naturally being close to the refuge also give you opportunity at some trophy whitetail that are known to roam the area. With CRP income and duck lease money, this place makes sense as an investment, or use the CRP money to fund your own hunting habit!
There's also more ground around this tract that could be sold with it if you'd like a bigger place. See the "White County Conservation Tract" in the "Habitat for sale" tab on our website
