I'm to happy to introduce a small but mighty green timber reservoir affectionately known as “Busch Light Duck Woods”. It’s on the east side of Woodruff County and just north of the famed Coca-Cola Woods. Its' single duck hole is positioned in the heart of the timber with a blind in place. The woods are very flat and easy to flood at the flip of a switch on the electric well. The property fulfills a lot of the requests we get from waterfowlers including a price tag well below a million dollars. Here’s a few highlights about the property:
Location is awesome on this one and the neighboring properties certainly add to the appeal for ducks. The size and price make this a perfect place for a weekend hunter or as an additional tract in your portfolio. Seller only hunts it 6-8 times a year killing 10-15 on average and as many as 30 depending on the group and the day. With a little local knowledge and a camera in the hole, you can pick your days!
