Part of the White Co Conservation Tract - is a conservation reserve that was converted from tillable farmland to planted timberland in 2007. Over its 13 yearsof growth, the young cypress and mass-producing oak trees have provided as a bedroom for deer as well as a resting area for ducks bouncing between twovery populated wildlife management areas.... between Hurricane Lake WMA & Bald Knob Refuge. The pipeline stretching from SW to NE makes for a greatfood plot / shooting lane for deer and other wildlife.
