The Russell 40 is a non-irrigated soybean farm located East of Russell, AR in northeastern White County.
Approx. 31 tillable acres in addition to a mix of hardwoods along the eastern side of the property that provide the opportunity for deer hunting and other small game. Along with bordering 150+ acres of pine & hardwood to the east and south, this tract is less than 1/2 mile from the White River Bottoms. In high flood water years, deer escape the bottoms in search for dry ground for survival until the water recedes. That being said, in those situations, this property could make for some incredible deer hunting for someone overlooking a soybean food source.
