Ask Will Hardin
97 acres m/l, in two tracts make up nearly a mile and a half of frontage on the St. Francis River. The main tract is approximately 80 acres and 1.25 miles ofriver frontage with slack water and timber. The north end of this tract has about 15 acres (noted in the pics) in an NRCS program. There were ducks on theproperty scattered through the woods and potholes when we walked the property. Will separate 80 from the 20 acres.
