Ask Will Hardin
This tract is a 20 acre +/- pecan grove located just west of Augusta, AR. It's wedged between Hwy 64 and a big tract of young planted timber that act as a big bedding area for deer and other wildlife to draw from. I saw a few deer in the food plot during my visit and the deer stand on the property (does not convey) had a few shell casings inside. This would be an easy go-to spot to harvest a deer. There were several pecans scattered on ground along the old road to the deer stand but we are unsure of the age of the trees and their productivity. Although the property lies within the flood plain, it does have power and a main water line running through it. Give us a call to take a look!
