Ask Will Hardin
Threemile Creek 80 is an outstanding rec tract located between Amagon and Fisher, Arkansas near the Jackson / Poinsett County line. It consists of retired fish ponds that allows the ability to manipulate water & maintain duck habitat. The Irrigation well is located in the north central part of the property with numerous underground pipe stretching throughout depending on which area or areas you want to impound water. The levee system isn't only for water containment, as it compliments the accessibility of the property. Threemile creek runs through the NE corner quarter of the property with approx. 10 acres on the eastern side, allowing for a larger footprint for more opportunities. It's located between Cache River and Bayou Deview and in a great flyway for wintering waterfowl. As looks can be deceiving, this tract has also been home to big deer over the years and viewed by many as a sleeper spot. There is a lot to discuss about the property, so give us a call with any additional questions you may have or better yet, set up an appointment to see the place!
