This is a beautiful farm located off Hwy 25 between Quitman and Greers Ferry Lake, bordering Cadron Creek and overlooking the valley. Portions of this farm has existing fencing, but is not completely fenced as it was originally part of a larger tract. There is an abundance of quail on this property, and is an area well known for turkey. The terrain here is very unique; there are steep inclines, slight grades, and flat level ground. The vista views to the north over Cadron Creek is certainly a special feature of this place. On the SE corner there is a dormant gas well and gravel/shale pad offering a maintained road and a great parking area. The family still uses it for their cattle today.
